    ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Born in 1984 in South Africa, Vanessa Teodoro is a Portuguese artist who has been increasingly setting her foot in national contemporary art. With a background in advertising and graphic design, areas that the artist considers fundamental for the creation of her visual identity, her figurative style balances strong colors, provocation, contrasts, chaos and humour. She has been working exclusively with illustration since 2010, collaborating with several internationally renowned brands, such as IKEA, MTV, Canon, Lacoste, etc. Also interested in street art, the challenge of large pieces in the public domain keeps her increasingly connected to the environment.
